    The refund request must be submitted within 14 days of the purchase date. Requests received outside of this period will not be eligible for a refund.

  3. Approval Criteria
    Refunds will be approved once the request is verified and confirmed as eligible according to this policy. The refund will be processed using the original payment method. Please note that processing times may vary based on the bank’s or payment platform’s policies.

  4. Exclusions and Limitations
    This policy applies only to digital products purchased directly through Jamaica Travellers and does not cover items bought from third parties or external sites linked from our page. Any misuse of this policy may result in denial of the refund and revocation of access to the digital product.
