Welcome to Jamaica Travellers. These Terms and Conditions govern the use of this website, accessible at https://jamaica-travellers.com, and any content, service, or product available through this site. By accessing or using the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please do not use this website.

1. Clarity on the Service Offered

By using our services, the user acknowledges that we are an independent private company providing assistance with completing immigration forms. We are not affiliated with any government or official agency.
Our services do not include direct processing with government authorities, and the user understands that the form can also be completed for free on the official website.
The fees charged by our platform exclusively correspond to the assistance service provided and do not represent government fees.

2. Intellectual Property

All text, graphics, images, logos, icons, and other materials available on Jamaica Travellers are protected by intellectual property rights and are exclusively owned by their respective owners. Reproduction, distribution, or modification of any content is prohibited without explicit permission.

3. Purchase of Products and Digital Content

Some digital products and informational services are available for purchase on Jamaica Travellers. By making a purchase, you agree that all information provided is accurate and complete. We recommend reviewing all product specifications before purchasing, as we are not responsible for any misinterpretations or unmet expectations.

4. Explicit Client Consent

Jamaica Travellers is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website, the purchase of products, or the use of any information provided on the site. Users assume full responsibility for any action taken based on the information provided.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

By completing a purchase on our platform, the client declares that they have read and accepted the terms and conditions outlined in this document.
Furthermore, the client acknowledges that all information provided on our website (including fees, disclaimers, and service descriptions) has been reviewed prior to making the payment.

6. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of the site will be considered acceptance of the revised terms.

7. Delivery of the Service

A service is considered “received” the moment the completed C5 form is sent to the email address provided by the client at the time of purchase.
Any claim of “product not received” will be invalidated if it can be demonstrated that the email containing the completed form was sent to the address provided by the client.

8. Service Received Does Not Meet The description

If the client believes that the service received does not meet the description, they must contact us first to resolve any issues.
We reserve the right to reject disputes submitted directly to the payment gateway if the client has not previously attempted to resolve the issue with our team.
By using our service, the client agrees to attempt to resolve any disputes directly with us before resorting to formal claims.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for errors in the form caused by incorrect information provided by the client.
We do not guarantee the acceptance of the C5 form by Jamaican authorities if the client has provided incomplete or incorrect data.
Our liability is limited to the value of the service purchased by the client, and we are not responsible for additional expenses related to delays, entry denials, or similar issues.

10. Sharing of Information for Dispute Resolution

By using our services, the client agrees that any information provided during the purchase process, including personal and travel details, may be used to defend against false accusations or payment disputes. This includes, but is not limited to, sharing relevant information with payment processors, financial institutions, and legal entities as necessary to resolve disputes or claims made by the client. This clause aligns with our Privacy Policy, which explicitly states that data may be shared for the purpose of defending against false allegations or payment disputes.
